Should you require it, we'll perform a full refund on your Planrow Pro purchase if it was requested within seven (7) days of the purchase date, for any reason, no questions asked. Please reach out to [email protected] with your refund request.
Along with that refund, do note that your access to the Planrow Pro service will also be revoked, and you will no longer be able to sync across devices.
Refunds for purchases requested more than seven (7) days after the date of purchase are not accepted. However, beyond seven (7) days, if you need a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please feel free to reach out to us too.
"Tip Jar" donations are not refundable, whether they were given on web or on mobile with in-app purchases. They're intended to support Planrow's development and aren't sold as products.
Do also note that we are only able to serve our customers in accordance with the above terms for payments made from website via Stripe, our payment provider. For in-app purchases made from iOS or Android via Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store, kindly refer to their respective platform policies and support documentation.
