Refund Policy

Should you require it, we'll perform a full refund on your purchase if it was requested within three (3) days of the purchase date, for any reason, no questions asked. Please reach out to [email protected] with your refund request.

Along with that refund, do note that the Planrow Pro service you purchased will also be revoked, and you will no longer be able to sync across devices.

Refunds for purchases requested more than three (3) days after the date of purchase are not accepted. However, beyond three (3) days, if you need a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please feel free to reach out to us too.
